Setting Up Your Dispenser
CasaMikael bottle dispensers are designed for daily use and easy refilling. Follow these steps to get started — and to keep your dispenser looking and performing its best for years to come.
Unbox with care
Remove the dispenser from its packaging and inspect it before first use. Rinse the bottle with warm water and allow it to dry completely before filling.
Fill from the top
Remove the pump head by turning it counter-clockwise. Pour your chosen product — soap, lotion, shampoo, or conditioner — directly into the bottle. Do not overfill. Leave a small air gap at the top.
Secure the pump
Replace the pump head and turn clockwise until snug. Press the pump several times to prime it before first use. Your dispenser is ready.
Refilling
When the dispenser is empty, remove the pump head and rinse the bottle before refilling. This prevents product residue from building up over time.

A few simple habits will keep your dispenser looking as good as the day it arrived. These apply to all finishes and materials in the CasaMikael collection.
Wipe the exterior
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outside of the dispenser. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or anything that could scratch the finish.
Clean the pump
Do not submerge the pump mechanism in water. If the pump becomes slow or sticky, remove it and rinse under warm running water, then allow it to dry before reattaching.
Avoid direct sunlight
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may affect certain finishes over time. For best results, place your dispensers away from south-facing windows.
Glass dispensers
Handle glass models with care on hard surfaces. A soft cloth or silicone mat under the base will prevent chips and scratches.
