Returns & Refunds

All CasaMikael purchases are fulfilled through Amazon.com. Returns are initiated and processed directly through your Amazon account.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging.

How to Return

• Log in to your Amazon account and navigate to Returns & Orders. Select the CasaMikael item and follow the prompts to initiate a return.
• Repackage the item securely in its original box. Include all original materials — inserts, protective wrapping, and any accessories.
• Seal the package and affix the return label provided by Amazon. Drop it off at the designated carrier location.
• Once the item is received and inspected, Amazon will process your refund to the original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned unused and unopened. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging. This policy exists to ensure every customer receives a product in perfect condition.
